Alltemated, Inc. is an electronics manufacturing service company. Our production facility operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. With a proximity to Chicago's O'Hare airport, we can service your manufacturing needs literally anywhere in the world.

All of our programming equipment is Intel approved and flexible to adapt to all package styles. Utilizing engineering and algorithm support from several programming manufacturers, Alltemated is able to react to situations expediently and reliably. Alltemated is especially geared to handle high volume programming of Intel Flash memory.

Alltemated has automated, true coplanarity inspection equipment to perform screening of product to within 0.0005" accuracy. This equipment can be utilized for screening as well as automated placement into carrier tape. Automated placement ensures coplanarity of the devices prior to board placement. When necessary, baking is available and moisture barrier packaging is standard in our Intel Flash handling procedures.
